Making business means managing all you have to gain what you want. In business term, what is wanted is called goal. A business goal is something that you really want to have. In business, targeted goal is maximal profit that is derived from company’s income minimize expense. An activity of a business could be selling a product or a service. These two kinds of business have distinguished ways from one to another but still have similarity that their goal is maximal profit.

As a matter of fact, a business conducted by a group of people has a leader that specifically called manager. A manager is part of executive leader in a company. Upper level is director or Chief Executive Officer. Bellow manager, there is supervisor or branch manager for local area of business. The lowest part of a business is employee who operates or makes product or service offered by a company.

Each part in a company work all together to obtain maximal result in order targeted goal can be achieved. There are also incentives for those who dedicate themselves to make a company perform better. An incentive is a kind of bonus available. It is aimed to grow company’s performance. When targeted goal is achieved, a business is called success.
